Before choosing a company for your event rentals, take time to check reviews. This step is important whether you are planning a wedding, corporate event, gala, fundraiser, banquet, trade show, or private party.

Whatever event rental company you decide to use, be sure to complete and sign the rental contract. Simply asking for a quote or reserving linens verbally does not always guarantee that the items are secured for your event date.

A signed rental contract protects both you and the rental company. It confirms the event date, rental items, colors, sizes, quantities, pricing, delivery or shipping details, return requirements, and any damage or replacement policies. Do not wait until the last minute to complete this step.
